"Peter was so great to us! We found him online and called in with a less-than-glamorous job in our guest bathroom. Peter was able to diagnose repairs efficiently and thoroughly (while also accommodating our short-term time horizon). He was also very patient with our young kids who were at home during part of his work. Finally, Peter's protocol when taking photos and maintaining a correspondence log allowed for comprehensive communication despite the fact that we couldn't be at home during much of the project. My entire family was impressed by his friendliness, thoroughness, and professionalism. Thank you!"

"Peter did several projects for us this summer. He replaced flooring, installed 2 vanities, install storm door, build a walk in closet and replaced and reframed a basement door. "Peter installed an 18ft x 18ft deck on the back of my house.  He found some issues with rot on the start of the job and he was able to make the repairs needed with minimum cost and continue with the job at hand.  The quality of Peter's work is excellent, his finish carpentry skills are excellent and the final product looks great.  The job site was always clean at the end of a days work and he always showed up as scheduled."

"Excellent work! Would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to friends already! We had Lakes Region Construction & Remodeling put in new windows and fix our front stairs in September.  Every day Peter would send me an email of the work he completed with pictures, which we appreciated as it is our second home and we were not there.  Knowing what was getting done each day put us at ease. When I saw the work in person I was blown away! The house looks so much better!

Peter was easy to work with! The contracting and payment schedule was simple and his prices reasonable.

I contacted LRC&R to build a custom trunk for my husband's birthday. Peter designed this piece from scratch and we worked together to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. When I received the trunk, it was clear immediately that the craftsmanship on this piece was SECOND TO NONE. It far exceeded my expectations and my husband LOVED it!

"Peter has helped us on numerous occasions with work on our house. He has excellent carpentry skills and possesses a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of home repair and maintenance. His suggestions have helped us avoid common pitfalls.

Most recently he installed two bedroom windows in our home. He help us pick out the windows that best fit our needs and seamlessly blended into the front exterior of our home, meticulously removed our clapboard siding so the vast majority could be reused, disposed of the old windows, installed the new windows along with new interior and exterior trim, and reinstalled the clapboards.

His work is excellent and timely. I highly recommend him."
